She sat and listened carefully, asked relevant questions, suggested a course of action, asked me a view on it and explained the next steps clearly to me. Dr Hundal is knowledgeable and experienced. She delivers holistic care, taking social, heritage and environmental factors into account during the initial assessment and recommendations. At follow up, she listened to my daughter's concerns regarding medication side effects and helped her decide the next course of action. We thought stopping the stimulant was the right thing to do after having only 10 doses. It was good to be guided by Doctor who reassured that she should give it time to work and allowed the body to adapt. Allowing shared decision and providing guidance are important elements of the service that we value. Harley Mind Care manager Min - an absolute treasure to the service. Dr Gandluru was extremely professional and empathetic. Our teenage daughter, who is generally very guarded and unwilling to talk to strangers about herself, said that she felt fully at ease with her and really enjoyed their conversation. Dr Gandluru also took the time to listen carefully to our views, concerns and experiences, and, when she had made her diagnosis, to explain the next steps in our daughter's treatment. We cannot thank Dr Gandluru enough, as we all now feel that there is a new beginning ahead of us and are excited about the future. We are also very grateful to the clinic's manager, whose communication was always prompt and helpful. This decision has been life-changing!

Our son was having difficulties at school with work and concentration, and It was suggested that he may have ADHD. Dr Gandluru is Kind , compassionate, empathetic and very knowledgeable on a whole range of neurodevelopmental conditions and needs , she always has the right words and practical advice to aid in any difficult situation. My son and I trust her implicitly with his care, treatments and recommendations. My son does not trust and open up easily and can find interaction with health professionals difficult and mask however this is not the case with her she sees the real child due to her exceptional interpersonal skills with young people and their parents.
